Stop Wasting Time In Watching The Fake News: Prepare Yourself After Ending Of Crisis

We have coronavirus pandemic all over the world, most of the people watching or reading the news, watching videos on youtube, reading posts or tweets on social media, and live in anxiety all the time, my dear reader do you know more than seventy percent from this news is fake especially on social media or over the chatting groups on WhatsApp or telegram, The owners of this fake news on social media or the internet want to have more followers, likes, retweet, and earn money. Then why you keep yourself to live in anxiety? living in anxiety crack immune system and have negative effects, we want to have a strong immune system to fight the virus if we catch it to heal and recover quickly.
My Advice:
Here is my advice, please stop wasting your time watching the fake news, and browse social media. Just watch or read the official news from your Government or World Health Organization once per day at evening, I stopped browse social media or watching fake news or videos over the internet, I monitor official news from Government or World Health Organization just Four days per week, only one time per day from four days.
How We Should Spend Our Time?
1-We should stay at home, clean our hands, keep social distance, and try to not touch our faces.
2-Eat more healthy fiber food vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Drink a lot of water, try to minimize sugar intake and Play Sport at home.
3-You should believe this epidemic will end, all epidemics over history ended, and now we live in the modern world with a huge amount of knowledge of science and technology, sooner or later they will find the solution.
4-Spend your time growing your knowledge or find new ways to earn money and Prepare Yourself After Ending Of Crisis, especially after the ending of Coronavirus, the people will recuperate from huge Economic losses, new jobs will appear, some jobs and businesses will disappear or the demand will drop, and the new businesses will grow. Please do not believe the fake news about a new political world after the epidemic or new world will appear on the surface, After Spanish flu or cholera pandemic: Did the political world change? Again Do not listen or believe fake news especially negative fake news.

A lot of Resource Centers websites offer free courses for people to stay at home, a lot of libraries offer ebooks for free, a lot of universities offer courses and material for free and also a lot of museums offer a virtual tour.
